No. Through is a coaching and educational program, not a substitute for therapy. If you’re currently in therapy, Through can be a powerful complement to your clinical work. If you need therapy and aren’t currently in it, we can help you find the right support. 

Through is for you too. Many women in the program are leaving marriages that weren’t abusive, marriages that were simply over. We have a dedicated supplemental module called “When There’s No Villain” that addresses the specific guilt, grief, and social judgment of leaving a good man. The core curriculum (nervous system regulation, grief work, boundary building, identity rebuilding) serves every woman, regardless of the circumstances of her divorce.

Through is designed for women who are in the process or actively starting it. If you’re still in the contemplation stage, Mindful Untangling may be a better fit right now, and you can always move into Through when you’re ready. 

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz that helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself— the protector, the people-pleaser, the inner critic, the grieving child— and how they show up during divorce. Through includes a bonus IFS module that gives you this framework from Day 1. It’s the lens that makes every week of the program make more sense.

Through has specialized supplemental modules for both situations. “The Shattering” addresses betrayal trauma, discovery, intrusive images, and the body impact of infidelity. “The Puppet Master” covers coercive control, narcissistic tactics, parental alienation, and specific strategies to protect your children. These supplements are included at no extra cost.

All sessions are recorded and available for replay. You’ll have access to everything even if you can’t attend live. 

Yes. The THROUGH 1:1 Coaching with Leslie can be split into 2 payments of $698.50. First payment at enrollment, second payment at Week 4.
