Hi, I’m Leslie.

Therapist. Coach. Former attorney. Above all, a woman who rebuilt her life from the ground up. I’ve walked through heartbreak, grief, and transformative change—and found peace, clarity, and joy on the other side.

Divorce.

Loss.

Uncertainty.

Frozen Fear.

Living out of alignment.

The quiet ache of realizing you’ve lost yourself.

Why I Created The LooM Life

The LooM Life is a space for women in transition.

Whether you're navigating a divorce, recovering from emotional abuse, rebuilding your identity, or simply yearning for more peace—this is where the threads of your life begin to weave together again.

Grounded in trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, and modern psychology, The LooM helps you move through the mess of big change and into a life that feels aligned, free, and fully yours.

Credentials and Training

Master of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University. In addition to coaching, I am a therapist specializing in trauma, attachment, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), (see Loomlifetherapy.com for therapy services)

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from St Louis University School of Law. As a former practicing attorney, I understand the legal maze around divorce and how to navigate it with empowered clarity.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) trained through Brown University. I not only practice mindfulness and follow daily meditation rituals, but I am trained to teach them with evidence-based tools.

Human Design Manifestor & intuitive systems thinker. Health Coach Trained via Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I understand how food, exercise, gut health, and mental health all work together to shape how we feel both physically and mentally.

Credentials aside, it’s my own lived experience that shapes how I work: I have come through my own illness, anxiety, and reinvention, and I’ve woven what I learned into The LooM Life, so you don’t have to go through it alone.
